I’m Melinda dietitian and founder of She Oak Nutrition - with a passion for all things food. Whether it’s planting seeds, growing vegetables, gardening or cooking up a storm in the kitchen. I’m always up to something food related. 

So, it was only natural for me to become a dietitian. I love supporting clients in improving their gut health and re-diversifying their diet. Empowering women with individualised expert nutrition advice for all stages of life including fertility, pregnancy, post-partum and menopause. And helping women with endometriosis and PCOS to improve their overall quality of life.

I believe a holistic approach to care is a must. Taking into account your physical health, mental health, and emotional wellbeing when considering interventions that will work for you and your unique health needs. And most importantly make food enjoyable, stress free and fun (again).
